What material is nm400 wear-resistant plate

nm400 wear-resistant steel is a new type of high-alloy steel plate produced in modern times. It has comprehensive characteristics such as high strength, good toughness and welding performance, and its service life is more than 5 to 10 times longer than that of carbon steel structural buildings for general structures; it can withstand larger loads and impact loads and higher friction coefficients; Works safely for a long time under humid or dry conditions without rust, corrosion or scale; good weather resistance: good adaptability to atmospheric temperature changes (-40~120°C), good frost resistance; good processing performance ; Features such as light weight and high strength.

Because this product is mainly used in public facilities as load-bearing beam and column components of high-rise buildings. Therefore, materials are required to have high mechanical and physical properties. According to the requirements of the above purposes, combined with the actual production situation in my country, the following technical data are determined as reference values through relevant demonstrations: Thickness/mm 0.8-0.9 Wear-resistant layer thickness/μm 30.0-35.0 Tensile strength/(MPa) 1- 1500 Elongation/(%) 20-30 Hardness HRB≥60 after cold bending test Surface treatment method HT200-600 after hot-dip galvanizing.

1. Chemical composition

(1) The composition range is in accordance with GB700-88 "Several Provisions for Low-Structural Iron-Based Superhard Bonded Metal Composite Plates". (Note: "Low magnification tissue" refers to the ASTM D645 standard issued by the American Bureau of Standards).

(2) The grades are expressed as follows: 1A3F2; 2A4F; 3 A7F; 4A11F; 5 B12F; 6AB15F;

(3) The carbon content of each grade should comply with Table 1 Regulation.

2. The quality level is divided into two levels: excellent level and ordinary level.

3. "Ultra-high strength and toughness steel made by low-structure iron-based ultra-high-strength composite method". 6. The delivery status takes hot-rolled H-shaped steel as an example: when cold drawn, the allowable dimensional tolerance range of the delivery status is ±1.0 mm; when annealed, it is +1.5 ~ -2.0mm; when normalized and hot rolled, the delivery specifications Length deviation +0.5 ~ 1.0mm.

4. Inspection items include tensile test specimens (not greater than 30%), tensile tests, bending specimens (greater than 90°), determination of fracture elongation and area shrinkage, and metallographic analysis.

5. During the appearance inspection, there should be no visible crack defects, delamination and slag inclusions, etc.
